Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-12
Frametic ("we", "us") is a service that captures websites you specify and renders video recordings and images of them through a dashboard and an API. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Questions or requests: support@dopler.app.
  • Account data. Your email address, used to sign you in and communicate about the service.
  • Render configurations. The URLs you submit, scene and output settings, and any page-preparation values you configure (such as theme attributes, localStorage entries, or cookies to set on the captured page).
  • Captures and renders. The screenshots our capture browser takes of the pages you specify, and the videos and poster images rendered from them. These are stored so you can preview, re-render, and download them.
  • API usage. API keys you create (stored as hashes), request timestamps, render job status, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
We do not collect special-category data. Note that a page you capture may itself contain personal data — you choose what to capture, and the resulting pixels are stored as your content. We use this data solely to provide the service: authenticating you, capturing the pages you ask us to capture, rendering the videos you request, showing you your project history, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or access your captures beyond what operating the service requires. Where the GDPR applies, we process this data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you signed up for) and, for security logging, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and available. We use the following processors, and no others:
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Holds your account, render configurations, captures, and rendered output.
  • Vercel — hosting. Holds request logs.
  • Stripe — payments and invoicing, on paid plans only. Receives your name, email, billing address, tax status, payment method, and invoice and usage totals. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. If you never subscribe to a paid plan, no data is sent to Stripe at all.
Our capture browser visits the URLs you submit; those sites see the request the way they would see any visitor. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. These processors may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the transfer safeguards in their own data processing terms. We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies you configure as page preparation are sent only to the captured site inside our capture browser, and are discarded with the capture session.
  • Delete a project in the dashboard at any time — this deletes its configuration, captures, and renders.
  • Delete your data: email support@dopler.app from your account email and we will delete your account, projects, captures, and renders within 30 days.
Captures and renders are kept for as long as their project exists, so you can re-render and download them; deleting the project or your account deletes them. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Email the address above and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. API keys are stored only as salted hashes. Captures and renders are stored in private buckets and delivered via expiring signed URLs. Transport is HTTPS everywhere. We may update this policy as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
